Cancellation Policy

Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy At onepartART, we value your time and ours. These policies help us provide clear expectations and a smooth working relationship. Booking All consulting sessions are booked in advance via our scheduling system or by written confirmation. Project engagements are confirmed with a written proposal and scope of work. Availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment Hourly/Session Work: Payment is due at the time of booking. Project Work: A 50% deposit is required to begin, with the balance due upon delivery unless otherwise outlined. Payments may be made by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Cancellation & Rescheduling 48+ hours notice: Full refund or credit toward a future session. Less than 48 hours: 50% of the fee will be charged. No-shows: Charged in full. Project cancellations after initiation forfeit the deposit, with additional fees billed for work completed. Exceptions We understand unexpected events happen — please reach out if you need to discuss your situation. Policies may be updated; the version in place at the time of booking will apply.
